The brisk mountain air is always reenergizing especially in the cold winter months. Spending time outside is always a fun way to show off all the fun and unique crochet wearables including ear warmers (my personal favorite winter accessory). The Mountain Peaks Ear Warmer is designed to remind you of the majestic peaks in the mountain ranges of Idaho.

Details about the Mountain Peaks Ear Warmer Pattern

I used a beautiful worsted weight yarn by Knit Picks called Reverie. It has a lovely mohair look to it and feels so soft. The stitches worked up lovely and have a softer look with this specific yarn. Make sure you check out the other yarns my pattern testers used (later in this blog post).

The pattern includes 3 sizes from children’s up to adult, but with some measurements you could easily customize the size by adding or deleting rows.

A full photo tutorial AND video tutorial on the stitch combination are included in the pattern to help you get it just right.

Pattern Has been fully tested by other crocheters like you

All Sweet Potato 3 patterns have been tested by fellow crocheters just like you. I make sure to have all skill levels and consider all their feedback to make sure that you are confident and able to easily complete the pattern. I also love to see how a change in yarn brand and/or color changes the entire look of the pattern. Check out their work in these fun images.

If You Love This Ear Warmer Pattern You will Also Love the fingerless mitts

I designed the Mountain Peaks ear warmers to coordinate with the Mountain Peaks fingerless mitts. This was a fun design that I created a few years ago and they have been very popular. They are crocheted with a lighter DK weight yarn (the ear warmers are made with a worsted weight), but they have the same beautiful stitch work.

You can purchase this fun crochet pattern on it’s own (find more info on this design by clicking HERE), or you can grab it in an eBook that includes BOTH the fingerless mitts AND the Ear Warmers, you can find them in the links below:
