A Pattern That Strikes the Right Chord
The Music Note Blanket is crocheted using my favorite color changing technique—a method I teach in detail in my Mastering Color Changes Course. This technique gives the design its crisp, clean look and allows you to switch between colors with confidence (and minimal yarn mess!).

Materials You’ll Need
Here’s what you’ll need to make your own Music Note Blanket:
- Yarn: 2600 yards Worsted weight (#4) yarn
- 2300 yards background variegated yarn in color/shades of your choice
- 300 yards solid bright white yarn
- Hook Size: I (5.50 mm) & K (6.50 mm) crochet hooks
- Other Supplies: Yarn needle, scissors, bobbins (optional)
